Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our academic programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between EDGE ENGLISH (the “Service Provider”) and the candidate (the “Client”).

2. Academic Services

EDGE ENGLISH provides strategic exam preparation for the IELTS and PET examinations. Our sessions are 80-minute intensives delivered via a virtual classroom. While we provide elite-level strategy and instruction, the Client acknowledges that exam results are ultimately dependent on the Client’s individual effort, starting level, and exam-day performance.

3. Payment & Non-Refundable Deposits

  • All fees are quoted in USD and must be paid in full prior to the start of the intake.
  • Deposits: Any deposit paid to secure a limited-capacity seat is strictly non-refundable.
  • Tuition Fees: Once the first session of an intake has been attended or accessed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Attendance & Punctuality

Due to the high-intensity nature of the “Precision Loop” curriculum, punctuality is mandatory. Tutors will not repeat content for late arrivals. Missed sessions without 24-hour written notice are considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including but not limited to PDF Success Kits, proprietary Logic-Gate worksheets, and session recordings, are the exclusive intellectual property of EDGE ENGLISH. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale of these materials will result in immediate termination of service without refund and potential legal action.

6. Conduct & Professionalism

We maintain a professional academic environment. EDGE ENGLISH reserves the right to remove any Client from group sessions who displays disruptive, disrespectful, or unprofessional behavior toward tutors or fellow candidates.

7. Data Privacy

Client data (Name, Email, Score Results) is used solely for internal academic tracking and marketing communication. We do not sell or share your data with third-party entities.

8. Limitation of Liability

EDGE ENGLISH shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from a Client’s failure to achieve a specific band score or the cancellation of an exam by the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge.
